Customer(s) will receive full refund if reservations are cancelled prior to 48 hours of their reservation date and time. If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours will not be refunded.

Any refundable fees such are damage deposits will be fully refunded if a cancellation is made.

Cancellations due to weather will may be fully refunded or a new reservation date made on customers request. (weather may include storms or high winds prohibiting water recreation.)

If any member of Crews n Adventures deems a customer unable to properly operate any equipment with a clear conscious mindthey may cancel the reservation on the spot and any non-refundable fees will be charged.
